The Advance Paris A-i190 NOVA represents the ultimate technological and sonic expression of the new NOVA series from Advance Paris. This High-End hybrid integrated amplifier has been engineered to deliver an exceptional combination of analog musicality, immense dynamic capability, and advanced digital precision, integrating the performance of high-end separate components into a single chassis.
Its hybrid architecture combines an ECC81 tube preamplifier stage with a powerful dual-mono Class AB amplification section powered by two independent 280 VA toroidal transformers. This configuration completely separates the power supply of each channel, significantly reducing interference while greatly improving soundstage depth, stereo separation, and dynamic performance.
The result is an amplifier capable of delivering up to 185 W per channel into 8 ohms and 276 W per channel into 4 ohms with remarkable ease, driving even the most demanding loudspeakers with authority while always maintaining a smooth, natural, and exceptionally refined sound reproduction.
The ECC81 tube stage adds the harmonic richness and musicality that define the finest hybrid amplifier designs. Vocals become more organic, instruments reveal greater texture, and the soundstage gains impressive depth and three-dimensionality, transforming every listening session into a deeply immersive and emotional experience.
On the digital side, the Advance Paris A-i190 NOVA incorporates a sophisticated ESS Sabre ESS9017S DAC configured in Quad DAC mode, combined with a powerful 4-channel ADAU1452 DSP processor. This combination enables an extremely detailed, silent, and dynamic digital playback experience compatible with PCM files up to 24-bit/192 kHz as well as DSD64 and DSD128 formats.
The integrated DSP also allows acoustic optimization based on the positioning of loudspeakers and subwoofers within the room, delivering more precise bass response, a more stable soundstage, and significantly more coherent acoustic integration.
Connectivity is one of the major strengths of the A-i190 NOVA. In addition to its numerous analog and digital inputs, it includes HDMI eARC for seamless integration with modern televisions, allowing users to enjoy high-resolution audio directly from streaming platforms and audiovisual content while maintaining extremely simple operation through TV remote volume control.
The amplifier also features a comprehensive analog section including an MM/MC phono input for turntables, RCA and balanced XLR preamplifier outputs, dual subwoofer outputs, and 12V Trigger connections. All of this is complemented by a high-precision ALPS volume potentiometer that guarantees smooth, linear, and exceptionally accurate volume adjustment.
As part of the modular philosophy behind the NOVA series, the A-i190 supports future upgrades via optional modules such as the A-BTC bidirectional Bluetooth adapter and the A-NTC streaming module, providing a future-ready platform capable of evolving over time without requiring replacement of the amplifier itself.
