The Pro-Ject Audio Systems T1 is the first T-Line turntable, aiming to deliver high-fidelity sound on a budget. With premium materials, elegant aesthetics and rich, lively sound, the extensive development process has ensured that sonic performance has not been compromised when it comes to achieving such an affordable price.

Available in High Gloss Black, Satin White or Walnut finish, the sleek CNC machined socket contains no plastic parts and is carefully manufactured to ensure there are no gaps inside, thus preventing unwanted vibrations inside the chassis. Carrying this philosophy through design, the glass platter is also a heavy, non-resonance design - again avoiding the flaws of plastic or light steel alternatives. Finally, the specially chosen turntable feet also isolate the T1 from the ambient vibrations of your hi-fi system.

In the T1, the motor drives a belt system, coupled to a newly designed subplatform, which is mounted on a high precision 0.001mm main bearing with a hardened steel shaft and brass bushing, just like our coveted Turntables Essential III. Together with the chosen motor system, the T1 is able to guarantee a smooth, anti-resonant rotating platform so that the lamp and cartridge can circulate through it. The T1 bell is a new model, based on previous Pro-Ject designs. With its straight 8.6 "effective length and rigid aluminum construction, this one-piece crown also features low-friction bearings for absolute precision in use.
