The LEAK Sandwich 100 is a compact high-fidelity loudspeaker that revives one of LEAK’s most iconic technologies: the legendary Sandwich cone originally introduced in 1961. As the most compact model in the new Sandwich series, it combines classic British acoustic engineering with modern materials and advanced design solutions to deliver fast, natural, and exceptionally detailed sound.
Despite its modest dimensions, the Sandwich 100 retains the traditional LEAK sonic character, standing out for its transparency, articulation, and excellent transient response. It integrates effortlessly into contemporary listening spaces and compact Hi-Fi systems, performing beautifully on stands or bookshelves.
The acoustic development was led by renowned British designer Peter Comeau, known for his reference designs for brands such as Wharfedale, Mission, and LEAK itself. His objective was to preserve the sonic essence of the historic Sandwich models while employing modern technologies to further enhance performance.
