AUDIOHUM S.L. Cancellation and Return Policy
AUDIOHUM S.L. guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. To proceed with the cancellation, customers must contact info@audiohum.com, indicating the cancellation and including the order reference.
The customer (consumers or users are considered only individuals or legal entities who purchase, use, or enjoy the product as final recipients) shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the order. The customer must notify AUDIOHUM S.L. within this period to establish the appropriate return procedures (return number, return shipping method, and address). The purchase price of the product will be refunded, but costs related to the order, such as transportation costs, will not be reimbursed.
AUDIOHUM S.L. will only accept minimal wear on the product due exclusively to its testing for a purchasing decision, without altering the product’s condition at the time of delivery. In cases of abnormal use of the product, such a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the product price upon refund.
AUDIOHUM S.L. will not be responsible for returns of products that have been handled by the customer or for goods returned incomplete, including main components or accessories. The right of withdrawal will not apply outside the indicated period or to products subject to market fluctuations not controlled by AUDIOHUM S.L., perishable goods, items that can be easily reproduced immediately, or those that by their nature cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to customized goods or orders that are made according to the customer’s specifications.
In cases of excessive use of the product, such a return will not be accepted.

If the item has not been used, 100% of the value is refunded.
If the item has been used, the refund varies between 30% and 70% of the value.
Televisions (LCD, Plasma, LED)
If the item has not been used, 100% of the value is refunded.

Accessories
If the item has not been used, 100% of the value is refunded.

Other Products
If the item has not been used, 100% of the value is refunded.

Unused item: complete, seal intact, unused, no inscription, no stains, original box, not handled.
Used item: complete, seal broken, opened, used, incompletely handled (missing accessories), counters show excessive use.
If the general terms or the documentary confirmation are provided after the delivery of the goods or contract agreement, the withdrawal period will begin once these obligations are fully met.
Once the right of withdrawal is exercised, AUDIOHUM S.L. is obliged to return the received amounts without any retention immediately and no later than thirty days.
The right of withdrawal is excluded when, due to the nature of the provided service, it is impossible to execute it, without prejudice to claims for damages suffered.

Instructions for Returning Products
Returns must not be handled directly at our facilities but must be sent via a carrier. To avoid any damage, small products (radios, headphones, accessories, etc.) must be protected with additional external packaging (as originally received) to prevent damage or tampering with the original packaging during transport. For larger products (televisions, speakers, etc.), external protection is essential to safeguard the original packaging. The product must be properly protected within its original box using designated protective materials (foam, polystyrene, bubble wrap, etc.), ensuring no tampering.

Warranty
The standard warranty for products offered by AUDIOHUM S.L. through its website (www.audiohum.com) is two years. This warranty is valid in all EU member countries.
It is important to note that the products offered by AUDIOHUM S.L. are from top brands and of the highest quality. They are not "B" grade or display products unless explicitly stated in the product description. Additionally, the products sold by AUDIOHUM S.L. are sealed by suppliers and manufacturers unless otherwise indicated, in which case the customer will be informed that the product has been inspected or undergone routine checks.
Customers are entitled to a full warranty (product return and replacement with a new one) within the first week from receipt of the order. All associated costs will be covered by AUDIOHUM S.L.
After this period, the customer may take the product to an authorized service center for potential repairs.
The warranty for products sold by AUDIOHUM S.L. is exclusively provided and established by the product manufacturer under the conditions of handling, proper use, and conservation outlined in the warranty certificates accompanying the products.
For any manufacturing and/or operational defects in products purchased through AUDIOHUM S.L., the manufacturer is solely responsible. As a retailer, AUDIOHUM S.L. offers mediation services to connect customers with the manufacturer or distributor to facilitate warranty claims.
To Claim the Warranty, Customers Must Provide:
Purchase invoice issued by AUDIOHUM S.L.
Original packaging and all included contents (manuals, remote controls, etc.).
The serial number of the product must match the records held by AUDIOHUM S.L. The warranty is void in cases of external factors unrelated to normal product use, such as power surges, use of improper or prohibited accessories, falls, water or fire damage, or improper handling by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
The warranty period begins on the day of delivery and/or acceptance of the order.
These warranty provisions do not exclude the benefits of the legal warranty stipulated in the Civil Code regarding hidden defects in favor of the buyer.
