What makes Trenner & friedl products so special?

Trenner & friedl products are "sustainable", and they are proud of it.

Wherever possible, they use natural materials. For example, they cushion their loudspeakers with sheep's wool. The cabinets are handmade with the utmost precision by master cabinetmakers from Styria. They stopped using veneers from endangered tropical woods a long time ago in favour of locally grown hardwoods for their cabinets. The linings of many of their loudspeakers are made of fabric, which is extremely durable.

All this not only serves to protect our Mother Earth, but also has solid technical foundations: Our ears are extremely sensitive to the resonances produced by artificial materials.
