With the MS 120, Atoll is also taking the step into the world of streaming services and high-resolution digital music formats.
It plays all popular formats (FLAC, WAV, ALAC, MP3, etc.) with up to 24-bit / 192 kHz and can be conveniently controlled via the iPod / iPad / Android app from your living room sofa.
HiRes QOBUZ and TIDAL and DEEZER streaming services are integrated directly into the device.
Audirvana integration goes smoothly.
And in addition to these state functions of this type, it also acts as a switching center for your entire system.
Two analog inputs for classic signal sources, optical and coaxial digital input, and USB leave no device out.
You can also easily connect a USB stick or external USB hard drive (with FAT32 file system) to your music collection without the need for additional network infrastructure. The USB ports provide a current of 1A (twice as much as in the USB specifications). Therefore, the operation of large and exotic hard drives and USB 3.0 hard drives is not a problem.
The volume control is done in an analog way and can also be controlled through the app. And if you want to use the MS 120 as a pure source device, then you can easily disable it.
