An innovative turntable that for a very competitive price incorporates the technology required so that a vinyl player can have a completely automatic operation while maintaining the usual Pro-Ject sound quality intact. Entirely hand-built in Germany and part of a completely new range under the Automat name, the A1 incorporates a series of technical solutions as elegant as they are reliable in the automatic start/stop system combined with usual Pro-Ject engineering elements. , such as an aluminum tonearm with carbon fiber reinforced capsule holder, a metal platter with anti-vibration treatment, a treated wood chassis, electronic speed control or new feet with silicone absorbers. Add to that an integrated phono preamp, a factory-preset Ortofon OPM10 pickup cartridge, gold-plated RCA connectors, and one of the exclusive Pro-Ject Connect it E semi-balanced cables.
