Released by ION Systems in the mid-1980s, Richard Hay's original amp concept elicited thrills from unsuspecting hi-fi fans and music lovers alike. The Obelisk was something blatantly different.
Two decades later, we've resurrected this legendary shoebox-sized integrated, updating its exterior aesthetics and internal components. More importantly, however, we challenged ourselves with the demanding task of preserving the compelling delivery and infectious musicality of the classic Obelisk, while delivering even greater transparency, cutting-edge detail, and more exciting dynamics.
