Shibata's Profile Diamond originally designed for quadraphonic reproduction offers a depth of sound, combined with a high-frequency response that must be heard to be believed.

It features a bare Shibata stylus and boron cantilever with rich low-frequency reproduction and high transient response.

A neodymium magnet and permendur yoke provide a dramatic increase in magnetic energy.

Threaded inserts in the cartridge body allow the cartridge to be mounted to the headstock or integrated arm with just two screws, no nuts required

Aluminum body minimizes unwanted vibration to reduce resonance and audio reproduction superior

Continuously cast oxygen-free pure copper (PCOCC) is used for the coils to achieve the purest possible signal
