Standard elliptical stylus model, equipped with a glued elliptical stylus. This reduces trace distortion and enables more accurate sound reproduction.
Instead of using a single large magnet, the two magnets are arranged in a "V" shape. The two magnets are precisely positioned to match the left and right channel positions on the walls of the stereo groove. Consequently, the VM design ensures amazing channel spacing, wider frequency response, and excellent tracking.
Para-toroidal generator system
Para-toroidal coils improve generating efficiency and offer excellent linearity, because the loss of magnetic flux in the continuous magnetic circuit used is low. The permeability of the cores has also been optimized through the use of laminated cores.
Center shield plate reduces crosstalk
A central permalloy shield plate allows effective left and right channel separation, suppressing electrical crosstalk down to below 40dB. This is similar to the crosstalk value that can be found in the grooves of the record.
