The VM530EN / H Combo Kit includes the VM530EN Elliptical Bare Needle Dual Moving Magnet Cartridge pre-installed in the AT-HS10BK 1/2 "Universal Mount Head.
The VM530EN high-end elliptical stylus cartridge reads Audio-Technica's VM line of cartridges - a line that harks back to AT's beginnings as a specialist manufacturer of high-end phono cartridges, but also incorporates today's advanced technology. Like all VM cartridges, the VM530EN is equipped with two magnets that match the left and right channel positions of the stereo disc groove, ensuring outstanding channel separation and increased frequency response. The cartridge's lightweight 0.3 x 0.7 mil elliptical bare stylus reduces the running mass of the vibration system, allowing for fuller frequency reproduction and less trace distortion than a bonded stem stylus. Includes mounting hardware.
