To achieve this, Ortofon has explored the potential of its Japanese subsidiary in the field of materials science and technology by combining signal conductors of three types, namely PCUHD ("Pure Copper High Durability") copper 4N copper 6N (99.9999% purity) and HiN copper of 4N purity. As in the Reference Bronze, these conductors have been arranged in two bundles, each of which is formed by four different types of conductors arranged in parallel and oriented in such a way that the internal structure of the same remains symmetrical with each other . The result is the perfect realization of the lossless transmission line concept, complete with nickel-plated RCA connectors with rhodium-plated casing or gold-plated XLR connectors to ensure an extremely accurate and long-lasting connection.
