JMF CM8 XLR. Balanced XLR line cable
The manufacture of the CM8 cable is carried out with exceptional tools and materials. The conductors are made of extremely pure long crystals. The construction is fully symmetrical -as always with JMF-Audio designs-. The entire cable assembly requires very precise conductor placement and shielding for optimal sound results.
The CM8 model is based on the CM4. It features superior mechanical damping and an advanced shielding system, while maintaining superior immunity to noise, electromagnetic interference, and vibrations. Consequently, the CM8 has a larger diameter and a different finish. The manufacture of the CM8 is a longer process.
Since 2015, with the appearance of the “B” version of the CM8, each cable has been identified with a serial number and the corresponding manufacturing and measurement notes have been included in the JMF-Audio files. Before delivery, each cable has gone through a period of adaptation and listening tests in our studios for verification against our references.
