HECO Bella Donna. High-end two-way loudspeaker for audiophiles.

A bookshelf speaker, but what a speaker. The Bella Donna was designed to be the best bookshelf speaker available. To ensure this, we have developed new woofers and tweeters, fine-tuned various details, such as the magnetic drive, and combined it all with a crossover that is uncompromising in every respect.

A 200 mm chassis with a kraft paper cone is used as the woofer, which is equipped with a specially designed, fully symmetrical drive. The result: minimal distortion. The 30 mm composite dome tweeter delivers impressive dynamics and generates a faithful reproduction, which is also largely due to the proven Fluktus geometry of the front panel.

The ultra-rugged housing is completely resonance-free and presents a real visual eye-catcher. The body and front panel exhibit a striking matt silver finish, while the real cherry wood side panels create a captivating contrast. The speaker grille is equipped with an invisible magnetic mount.

Heavy, low-resonance construction with four sturdy aluminium struts and a 36 mm thick MDF base plate.

Height adjustable solid metal spikes with damped solid metal floor pads.

Newly developed tweeter with a high degree of efficiency thanks to a 30 mm silk composite dome, solid aluminium front panel with Fluktus geometry and a powerful double magnet system.

Newly developed bass-midrange transducer with HECO kraft paper cone, POC (Phase Optimization Cap) dust cap and low-loss rubber surround in a robust cast aluminium basket. 32 mm diameter CCAW (copper-coated aluminium wire) voice coil for optimum dynamics and detailed musical reproduction.

The magnet systems of both chassis feature an elaborate linear design to ensure the lowest possible distortion and optimum dynamics. Precisely calculated copper correction elements reduce THD distortion to a minimum.
