Sonic purity

Like other Ruark products, the MR1 Mk2 incorporates a Class A-B linear amplifier with a high-quality switch-mode power supply. Linear amplifiers are used in the highest quality audio systems and, in Ruark Audio's view, offer superior reproduction compared to trendy digital amplifiers, which can sometimes sound artificial. This is just one of the reasons why the MR1s sound so exceptionally good.

Energetic reproduction

The tweeter and bass driver of the MR1s have been specifically designed to ensure optimum reproduction despite their compact dimensions, and both feature powerful neodymium magnet systems. These neodymium magnets allow for greater magnetic concentration, resulting in better driver control and a lightweight yet robust system.
