Dôme Flax 5.1 Air is a high-end system made in France, characterised by its miniature design and "high-tech". NEW GENERATION OF HOME CINEMA

The Dôme is a high-end miniature speaker that opens the door to a new dimension of sound. This speaker is made in France and incorporates Focal speaker technology from the brand's most prestigious models. The Dôme has a sleek design without any visible threaded fittings, and is made with sophisticated materials and luxury finishes.

LINEN CONE, SO ORIGINAL

The linen cone has been made in France exclusively by Focal since 2013. With its original design, the cone is completely geared towards acoustic performance. They are made of high-quality flax fibre enclosed by two thin layers of glass fibre. Flax cones are characterised by their natural sound, with low colouration, rich reproduction in the midrange register and tighter bass. The lightness of the fibre meets the criteria of high internal damping, high speed and high bending stiffness. Linen is twice as light as glass fibre, because the fibre is hollow. It also has a very low elasticity, which makes it ideal for increasing the flexural stiffness of a sandwich structure.
