The Monitor Audio Apex A40 is a high-performance loudspeaker designed to function as either a center channel or surround speaker in demanding home cinema systems. Combining premium aesthetics with audiophile-grade sound, the A40 features a sleek, rigid metal-alloy cabinet available in luxurious Pearl White or Metallic Black finishes.
Inside its ultra-rigid enclosure are dual 140 mm C-CAM® mid/bass drivers with RST technology, and a 25 mm C-CAM® Gold Dome tweeter, delivering articulate dialogue, detailed sound effects, and a precise soundstage. Thanks to its front-firing dual HiVe II bass ports, the A40 produces fast, tight bass and allows for easy placement near walls or inside furniture.
The speaker can be mounted horizontally or vertically, on-wall or on furniture, and comes with an adjustable mounting bracket that tilts up to ±22.5° for perfect alignment with the listening position. Whether used as a center speaker or for surround duties, the Apex A40 delivers immersive sound in a compact and stylish form.
