Benjamin of the column type models of the renewed Motion Series, the Motion 20i is the consequence of a success directly attributable to its relationship with the legendary MartinLogan electrostatic loudspeakers, being the fruit of the desire of the American firm to transmit the performance level of the same to a more traditional and affordable loudspeaker. Very slim, with dimensions that make it easy to install in any room by taking up minimal floor space and equipped with a 2-way/3-speaker bass-reflex configuration, the Motion 20i stands out first and foremost for featuring one of MartinLogan's iconic "Folded Motion" tweeters, whose diaphragm combines minimal mass with a folding structure that allows it to have 8-10 times the surface area of a conventional dome, with all that this entails in terms of frequency response curve extension, accuracy, power handling capability and speed of response, all with virtually zero distortion. The Motion 20i is completed by two midwoofers with MartinLogan's unique aluminium cone, an audiophile-grade crossover filter and an elegant, anti-resonant enclosure construction with reinforced front panel.
