Leak designed the iconic Stereo 20, an amplifier based on the then-innovative Mullard EL84 and ECC83 tubes. Its exceptional performance and build quality made it an instant success, and today, vintage models can fetch prices exceeding £1,500.
Inspired by this classic design, we have developed the new Stereo 20 PP, preserving the essence of the original while optimizing it for the modern era.
Ideal for smaller spaces or speakers that do not require high power, this amplifier delivers warm and natural sound. Its circuit is designed with lower feedback and is compatible with high-output audio sources such as CD players, MP3, WAV, and other digital devices.
Thanks to its sonic transparency, the Stereo 20 PP is particularly well-suited for acoustic and orchestral music, but with the right speakers, its performance will exceed all expectations.
A unique feature of this model is its dedicated headphone winding in the output transformers, ensuring an intimate and detailed listening experience, superior to solid-state headphone amplifiers.
