A member of the exclusive new G Series Audio Research, the GS150 has a unique beauty that gives you three striking analog displays on the front panel that show the power supply voltage and output power of each channel. In turn, this is the first amplifier designed by the legendary US company that incorporates the new Tung-Sol KT150 power valve. Thanks to this, this superb power stage combines a minimum output of 155 continuous watts per channel with an extraordinarily wide band pass, while it has been designed to be able to attack without limitation all types of speakers (includes separate connection terminals for 4 and 8 ohm models are impedance). Like the preamplifier that is part of the aforementioned G Series, the GSPre, the GS150 uses a fully balanced circuit topology, to the point that it only incorporates XLR inputs. On the back panel we also find a valve life indicator, as well as an RS232 port, a 12 V trip signal socket and a 20 A power cable connector. To conclude, let us emphasize that the GS150 also includes two fans of adjustable speed that contribute to optimize the evacuation of the excess calories in a low noise environment.
