New demonstration of AJ van den Hul's incredible talent to put science and technology at the service of musical reproduction, The Canary is a hand-made mobile coil cartridge that uses mobile coils with monocrystalline gold windings in an innovative construction Open that allows to drastically reduce the structural resonances, to which also contributes the nylon construction of the body. To the refined engineering that has made The Canary possible, there is also a powerful magnet of AlNiCo and an extremely robust cantilever that also helps dissipate possible partial vibrations. The result is a tonally neutral transducer that also has a low sensitivity to variations in load impedance.
