Furutech Monza LP Stabilizer. Premium Vinyl Record Weight

The Ultimate Test

The unique spirit of Grand Prix racing: pushing the absolute limits of performance and engineering, where every fraction of a second counts. Furutech approaches its entire product line with this same philosophy—optimized engineering solutions, advanced materials and processes, and meticulous craftsmanship.

The top and bottom modules of the Monza Stabilizer are precisely machined from non-magnetic stainless steel, and beautifully finished with a damping carbon fiber layer. The underside features 16 concentric damping grooves, crafted from an extremely effective piezoelectric damping material.

Piezoelectric Effect & Vinyl Preservation

Furutech’s Piezo Ceramic Carbon series, including the award-winning FI-50 connectors, features a sophisticated “active system” design. A proprietary material blends nano-sized ceramic particles with carbon powder, creating the conditions necessary for the piezoelectric effect. Only nano-scale ceramics can interact effectively with carbon to produce this effect.

Nylon and fiberglass are also integrated into the structure, forming a compound that delivers exceptional mechanical and electrical damping—yes, electrical damping, too.

How It Works

Furutech uses nano-sized polycrystalline ferroelectric ceramic particles with electrogenerative properties—mechanical pressure produces an electric charge. These interact with thermally conductive carbon powder, converting the energy into heat that dissipates from the surface. This interconversion of thermal, electrical, and mechanical energy produces the ideal damping effect for stabilizing LP playback.

Such is the level of design in both the Monaco (210 ±5g) and the Monza (350 ±5g) stabilizers.
