With dimensions that allow it to fit discreetly into any audiovisual installation, the NP5 Prisma MK2 can be used with any stereophonic or multichannel electronics equipped with a digital input, thus providing access to a virtually unlimited number of networked content. To do this, it incorporates all the technology that can be found in Primare's award-winning Prisma models, which, in addition to controlling networked hard drives, includes AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth wireless connectivity. And, of course, direct access to popular online music services such as Spotify Connect, TIDAL or Qobuz, while being able to route MQA encoded signals and being Roon Ready. On the other hand, the Chromecast built-in compatibility allows the NP5 Prisma MK2 to easily and directly access hundreds of applications and streaming services in order to offer the best possible features and user experience. The NP5 Prisma MK2 also allows the user to configure its digital output, which is added to the aforementioned voice control and Roon Ready approval to put a powerful range of advanced management options in the user's hands. Likewise, and like its predecessor, the new Primare also allows -via the Prisma app- to adjust the volume level, the mute circuit, the standby mode and the input selection of old models of the Swedish firm equipped with RS232 sockets. . In the field of hardware, the NP5 Prisma MK2 stands out for incorporating a new D/A conversion "chip" and the circuitry associated with it, a change that has even allowed it to exceed the performance of the original NP5 Prisma.
