Defined as the evolution of the "8K SOUND" philosophy first introduced in the ZE8000, whose name refers to the extraordinary resolution of 8K video images, the ZE8000 MK2 aims to immerse the listener in the subtleties of a large orchestral ensemble at an even more advanced level of detail. This is achieved through improvements in critical software and hardware aspects to increase the signal-to-noise ratio and optimise the extraction of micro-information from each recording.
Compared to the original model, the ZE8000 MK2 shows a 32% improvement in acoustic isolation. This is achieved through elaborate changes to the internal structure, the introduction of newly developed "Shield Fin" shells and the re-evaluation of the active noise cancellation algorithm. In addition, they exhibit increased resistance to wind noise and a 5 dB increase in maximum volume, improving the ease of listening at desired levels. With the extremely flat tonal curve characteristic of "8K SOUND", the ZE8000 MK2s ensure faithful reproduction of each instrument's timbre without compromising the balance between instruments in every performance.
