The mono configuration is ideal for improving the overall performance of a Hi-Fi system, as it avoids any interference between the power circuits and between the left and right channels of the amplifier.
The X-A1200 is equipped with a high-power power supply that is combined with 10 "very high current" power transistors (NJW0281G - NJW0302G), enabling it to deliver 450 watts RMS at 8 Ω and over 700 W RMS at 4Ω. With its "Hi Bias" function enabled, the X-A1200 can easily drive a wide range of commercially available loudspeakers, delivering an impressive 450 W per channel in Class AB.
