Maurizio Brunod: Versatility and Craftsmanship
Since his early days in the 1980s with the group Ente Eller, Maurizio Brunod has emerged as one of the most prolific and versatile guitarists on the Italian jazz scene. His musical style flows naturally through jazz, electronic, progressive rock, ethnic, Latin, and classical influences.
He has collaborated with international artists such as Miroslav Vitous, Garrison Fewell, Daniele di Bonaventura, and Gianluigi Trovesi, and released acclaimed solo albums including Northern Lights (2009) and African Scream (2018).
