Analog audio interconnect cable named after Venezuela's Angel Falls, the world's tallest waterfall, with a height of 979 meters (3,212 feet) and a drop of 807 meters (2,648 feet).

At Bridges&Falls, you'll find better metals and more sophisticated technologies, including Air-Tube insulation, Dielectric Bias System, and Noise Dissipation System, at prices lower than ever.

In all Bridges & Falls Series cables, you'll find the finest metals and most sophisticated technologies, including Air-Tube insulation, Dielectric Bias System, and Noise Dissipation System, at prices lower than ever. . All cables in our Bridges & Falls series have their left and right channels inside a single jacket and feature our double balanced asymmetrical geometry with separate high quality positive and negative conductors. This design allows for a thin, flexible and exceptionally versatile high performance cable that can be terminated with a variety of current connections including 3.5mm (male or female), DIN and RCA. Note, however, that the connectors on the Bridges & Falls cables are by necessity quite close together.

Available lengths:  0.6m - 20m

SOLID PERFECT SURFACE COPPER CONDUCTORS + (PSC+)

Solid conductors prevent both electrical and magnetic strand-to-strand interaction, the main sources of distortion. Surface quality is critical because a conductor can be thought of as a guide rail for both fields within a conductor and magnetic fields that extend outside the conductor. The amazingly smooth and pure surface of AudioQuest's Perfect-Surface all-metals nearly eliminates harshness and greatly increases clarity compared to lesser materials. Extreme purity Perfect-Surface Copper+ further minimizes distortion caused by grain boundaries, which exist within any metallic conductor, nearly eliminating harshness and greatly increasing clarity compared to OFHC, OCC, 8N and other coppers .

DOUBLE-BALANCED ASYMMETRIC GEOMETRY

Designed for single-ended applications, Double-Balanced Asymmetrical geometry offers a relatively lower impedance to the ground for a richer, more dynamic experience. While many single-ended cable designs use a single path for both the ground and shield, dual-balanced designs separate them for cleaner, quieter performance.

FEP AIR PIPE INSULATION (FEP IS A FLUORINATED POLYMER)

Any solid material adjacent to a conductor is actually part of an imperfect circuit. The insulation of the wires and the materials of the circuit board absorb energy (loss). Some of this energy is stored and later released as distortion. Air, however, absorbs almost no energy and FEP is the best extrudable solid insulation, absorbing less energy than other materials. The use of FEP Air-Tube insulation, with almost nothing but air around the solid conductors, improves the focus sound and dynamics of an audio system.

3-LAYER CARBON-BASED NOISE DISSIPATION SYSTEM (NDS)

It's easy to achieve 100% shield coverage. Preventing captured radio frequency interference (RFI) from modulating the equipment ground reference requires AudioQuest's Noise Dissipation System (NDS). Traditional shielding systems typically absorb and then drain RF noise/energy to component ground, modulating and distorting the critical "reference" ground plane, which in turn causes signal distortion. NDS's alternating layers of metal and carbon-loaded synthetics "protect the shield," absorbing and reflecting most of this noise/RF energy before it reaches the ground bonded layer.

DIRECT SILVER PLATED AND COLD WELDED PURE RED COPPER TERMINATIONS

Pure red copper terminations, cold welded and direct silver plated. Direct silver plating is optimized for sound. It looks dull because there is no underlying layer of shiny nickel to cause distortion.

DIELECTRIC POLARIZATION SYSTEM WITH RADIO FREQUENCY TRAP

Any insulation between two or more conductors is also a dielectric whose properties will affect signal integrity. When the dielectric is unbiased, the dielectric's involvement (nonlinear energy absorption and release) causes different amounts of time delay (phase shift) for different frequencies and energy levels, which is a real problem for multi-octave audio. very sensitive to time. The inclusion of an RF trap (developed for AudioQuest's Niagara series of power products) ensures that no RF noise is induced into the signal conductors of the DBS field elements.
