Its advanced construction combines solid-core 99.99999% silver-plated oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors, arranged in individually shielded, mechanically tuned twisted pairs, with Nordost’s patented Dual Monofilament technology, which creates a virtual air dielectric and enhances mechanical damping.
The Tyr 2 Tonearm Cable + also incorporates a silver-plated linking cable with independent shielding and, as a key innovation, detachable ground whips featuring Micro Mono-Filament technology. This solution virtually eliminates any noise induced during signal transfer, adapting to the build and connection requirements of any audio system.
Available with low-mass MoonGlo® connectors in straight or 90° versions, RCA or XLR, this cable sets a new benchmark for purity and control in analog signal transmission.
