Non-Sacrificial Surge Protection
Unlike traditional sacrificial surge protectors, the PowerQuest 505 features non-sacrificial surge protection, capable of withstanding multiple surges of up to 6000 V / 3000 A—the upper limit of standard home electrical tolerance. If the incoming voltage exceeds 140 V, the system cuts power in under 0.25 seconds to isolate and protect connected components. Power is automatically restored once safe voltage levels return—no reset needed.
Ultra-Linear Noise Filtering: Clean Power, Pure Sound
The PowerQuest 505 features PowerQuest Ultra Linear Filtering, eliminating differential-mode noise, common-mode noise, and ground noise. This wide-spectrum filtering removes invisible yet audible interference that can degrade sound and image quality. The result is more detail, lower noise floor, and clearer visuals—ideal for high-fidelity audio systems and demanding AV setups.
