Nordost QKOIL QK1: AC Line Enhancer
The Nordost QKOIL QK1 is an innovative AC line enhancer designed to optimize the electrical supply for your audio and video system. It employs a resonant load coil (LRC) enhanced with Nordost’s exclusive Micro Mono-Filament technology, creating a passive electronic field that reduces distortion and signal timing errors, bringing AC power to an almost interference-free state.
Its use results in a more defined soundstage, greater tonal richness, tighter bass, and a noticeable reduction in background noise, along with improved high-frequency clarity and enhanced visual depth in AV systems.
The QK1 is housed in a mechanically tuned carbon fiber body and is available with a gold-plated Schuko (EU) connector. It is compatible with voltages from 110 to 240 V and can be used either as a standalone unit or in combination with other QRT series modules (such as QBASE, QX2, QX4, or QVIBE) to maximize performance.
