Contacts:

The base material is deoxidized phosphor bronze (1.4mm thick) for strength and secure contact. When connected, they can support a load of more than 7 kg. The surface is thoroughly polished twice.

Silver and rhodium plated:

The manufacturing process starts from the base coating. The material that was die cut as one piece is hand polished piece by piece after mechanized barrel polishing.

The coating on the P-037/C-037 is a combination of silver and rhodium that was selected as a result of repeated listening tests. The inner silver layer is 1.5 microns thick and the outer rhodium layer is 0.3 microns thick.

Body:

The 30% glass fiber PBT body has excellent machinability and provides superior electrical insulation. The highly rigid body of the P-037/C-037 effectively attenuates high speed vibrations. All screws, which were originally designed for the P/C series, are made of high-rigidity stainless steel, which is a non-magnetic substance. In addition, the cable cannot be separated from the plug with less than 30 kg of force, an important safety feature.

Stainless steel screws:

The P/C series screws are all made of high-rigidity stainless steel, so the screw head will not collapse even if too much force is applied. Also, because it is a non-magnetic material, it helps to achieve a high S/N ratio without becoming magnetized at its connection part.

External cover:

The outer shell of the P/C series is made of PC (polycarbonate) for its rigidity and toughness. Helps attenuate tiny vibrations in quick response and reduces distortion due to its superior mechanical strength.
