Like the iconic radiograms of yesteryear, the R810 is a product designed to be admired. To enhance its aesthetics, we have selected special materials for the handcrafted grille and veneered cabinets. Using sustainable woods that are spliced and reconstituted, the resulting grain patterns resemble slow-grown hardwoods, but without the ecological impact. Combined with precision trims and a polished chrome backing, the R810 radiates sophistication and, like the finest furniture, is an object you will cherish and proudly display in your home.
A beautiful display
Unlike many modern systems that rely on smartphones to provide information, the R810 features a screen that displays all the necessary information directly. With a vertical orientation, the display emulates the way we view music apps on our phones and, together with the new RotoDial controller, makes the R810 intuitive to use. The intensity of the display in standby and active mode is fully adjustable to suit your needs.
What's underneath
We're passionate about aesthetic design, but we know that sound is critical. The R810's cabinet is carefully divided into compartments, each optimised for its specific function. Twin bass reflex compartments house our NS+ bass and midrange units and silk dome tweeters, while the long-throw subwoofer is housed in an infinity baffle enclosure to deliver controlled, extended bass.
The system is driven by a powerful five-channel Class A-B discrete component amplifier. This allows the response of each speaker unit to be precisely controlled, and with the latest sound processing technologies, music is produced with ease and effortlessness, creating an impressive soundstage that fills your home with exquisite sound.
Connected bliss
The R810 is a fully integrated entertainment system that offers all the connectivity you could need. While streaming is its main strength, you can also play records and CDs by connecting a turntable to the phono inputs or a CD-ROM drive to the USB-C port. And with its HDMI ARC/eARC input, you can connect the R810 to most modern TVs, taking movie enjoyment to another level with its spacious and dynamic sound.
The R810 allows you to play audio streams of the highest quality, opening up a world of music and entertainment. It integrates Spotify Connect and TIDAL Connect, and with Apple AirPlay and Chromecast, you can stream and control directly from apps such as Apple Music, BBC Sounds, Amazon Music, Qobuz, and many more. You can also create a multi-room system by linking the R810 with other AirPlay and Chromecast compatible devices, including our own R410.
Touch controls
While touchscreens are commonplace these days, we still believe nothing beats the positive click of a button or the satisfying turn of a dial, especially when it's something unique and beautiful like our RotoDial control system, enhanced for the 100 Series.
The R810 includes a matching rechargeable remote control. Bluetooth connectivity eliminates the need for direct pointing during use and its sleek design makes you want to display it for all to see and use.
