It is a new forward-thinking turntable that is supplied with a revolutionary flat tonearm tonearm.

Although flat arms have been seen in the past, none have been able to offer the necessary rigidity to deliver the stable performance expected of modern forearms.

Thanks to the continued evolution of carbon fiber, Forte has been able to create an arm with the practical and aesthetic benefits of a flat shape, but without the weaknesses.

E-Flat's mission is to provide music lovers with the best quality performance, yet in a user-friendly design.

Ultra-flat, ultra-light, and ultra-stiff, the E-Flat Boom Arm measures 10 inches long.

A unipivot bearing supports the E-Flat, it is a fully adjustable counterbalance uncoupled by Sorbothane's energy and vibration absorbing.

The E-Flat unipivot system is extremely precise and precisely balanced, thanks to components with particularly hard metal surfaces.

Unwanted movement often attributed to lesser unipivot designs is eliminated by the sheer mass of the unipivot housing and the added security of two metal guides.

Another valuable benefit is that the user can change their carbon fiber neck tube to meet the specific requirements of the cartridges, with either lighter or heavier tubes ââ to set different resonance frequencies between the tonearm and the cartridge.

Adjustable anti-slip and a cushioned adjustment lever are also equipped.

A flat neck tube opens up several possibilities for the designer and the listener.

Its shape encourages the design of a flatter tray with easier, visible arm leveling, and there's no taper to accommodate.

With seamless integration to the Unipivot design pillar, no hollow tube to suffer the inevitable echo or ringing effects, increased stiffness, a new and superior hanging counterweight design with very high damping properties, the performance of the E-Flat tonearm is truly silent. and incredibly fast.

This attractive and innovative tonearm is equipped with a turntable that adheres to the basic principles established by existing models in the Forte family.

A belt drive design, it features two motors, like its bigger sisters.

The two motors do not run in parallel, but rather act as a virtual 24-pole motor.

The belt surrounds an inner subfloor, which is fitted with an inner bearing made of bronze bushings.

The main plate rests on an inverted bearing and a ceramic ball, with a Teflon lining on the bottom of the main plate.

As with the larger Forte record decks, the font diameter is too large compared to those of most competing turntables.

33 cm was chosen because the moving dough is double that of a standard 30 cm pan.

Forte snaps onto a vinyl mat made from recycled LP records to create a surface with LP-friendly properties.

The platter is filled below with Sorbothane to stop resonance, while the Sorbothane is also used to wet the bearing housing, arm base, and magnetic feet.

In addition to the isolation provided by the magnetic feet, the bearing assembly and disc aperture are suspended.
