The Triangle Borea BR10 is the new flagship of the Borea series, designed to deliver audiophile-grade sound in rooms over 40 m². With a 3-way architecture, a new crossover system, and 21 cm woofers, this model stands as the most powerful and precise option in the range.
Deep, Controlled Bass with 21 cm Woofers
The BR10 features two 21 cm fiberglass cone woofers developed by Triangle’s R&D team. These drivers provide powerful, controlled response down to 30 Hz, making them ideal for demanding music genres and home cinema systems. A newly engineered rubber suspension and redesigned basket ensure excellent thermal and mechanical performance.
EFS Tweeter & Natural Cellulose Midrange: Clarity and Realism
25 mm EFS tweeter: Features a silk dome and waveguide for smooth, balanced high-frequency dispersion.
16 cm midrange driver: Built from 100% untreated natural cellulose pulp, it delivers stunningly accurate vocal reproduction.
This pairing preserves the signature Triangle sound, characterized by cohesive timbre and a broad, precise stereo image.
New Crossover System & Dual Binding Posts
The BR10 introduces a segmented crossover layout, with the low-frequency circuit isolated from the mid/high section. This enables:
Bi-wiring: Separating signal paths to low and high frequencies.
Bi-amping: Driving each section with dedicated amplification.
The dual binding posts support up to 4 mm² cables and banana plugs.
DVAS Technology – Precision Without Vibration
Like the rest of the series, the BR10 features Triangle’s DVAS (Driver Vibration Absorption System). Internal MDF panels and EVA foam dampers dissipate vibrations generated by the bass drivers, minimizing unwanted coloration and structural resonance. The result is cleaner, more natural sound with no parasitic noise.
