Advance Paris, the renowned French hi-fi manufacturer, presents its latest addition to the CLASSIC range, designed to meet the demands of the most passionate music lovers. This new integrated amplifier features numerous technical improvements, reflecting our dedication to excellence and optimisation of each component.

The successor to the acclaimed X-i1100, the X-i1100 offers a wide range of advanced features, intuitively operated thanks to its ergonomic design. It stands out for its impeccable musicality and its highly competitive price compared to the formidable potential of the X-i1100.

The X-i1100 includes six inputs, ranging from a moving magnet phono to asymmetrical and symmetrical inputs for CD, tuner, auxiliary, and a direct "Amp In" input. In addition, there are numerous digital inputs, such as USB, AES and six S/PDIF, including four optical. It also offers dedicated outputs for asymmetrical line recording and preamplifier, for connecting an additional power supply block.

With a power rating of 220W per channel at 8Ω (and 400W at 4Ω), thanks to its 700VA toroidal transformer and 60000uF of filtering capacity, the X-i1100 can drive a wide range of passive loudspeakers efficiently. The preamplifier stage, designed with switching relays close to the inputs, ensures optimum signal quality.

The DAC features two digital signal receivers: an X-Mos processor and a USB3318 with jitter correction for the USB input, as well as a Cirrus Logic CS8416 for other digital inputs. The Burr Brown PCM1796 converter ensures exceptional audio quality, with the ability to handle signals up to 192 kHz under 24-bit. In addition, attention has been paid to component quality, with metal film resistors and polypropylene capacitors contributing to high-fidelity reproduction.

The X-i1100 offers the option of operating up to 45W in a Class A-like mode, switching to Class AB beyond that when the "High Bias" switch on the rear of the device is activated. The mechanical design has also been carefully crafted, with five compartments built into the chassis to provide galvanic isolation and rigidity. The steel chassis with black aluminium sides and a perforated cover ensures optimum ventilation of the device.
