Meditated renovations of a classic van den Hul that has rediscovered the magic of vinyl to many music lovers, The MC-10 Special is a robust mobile coil pickup made entirely by hand to order. It uses an architecture developed by the brilliant founder and incombustible alma mater of the mythical Dutch firm in combination with high quality materials - the case of monocrystalline silver used in the windings of the internal coils - and engineering developments exclusive to the brand, For example, the vdH-Type 1 diamond tip to provide, in the company of the appropriate reading arm and turntable, an exceptional combination of resolution and warmth for a reasonable price.
