The PS2 MM is a simplified and compact version of our award-winning PS1, offering exceptional sound quality at an affordable price. It is well known that tube amplification provides a much warmer and more immersive sound compared to transistors, especially when it comes to vinyl playback.
The Long Play (LP) format was developed in the tube era, which is why solid-state preamplifiers can sound colder and less engaging in comparison. With the PS2 MM, every detail and nuance of your records will come to life with unmatched warmth and musicality.
Regardless of the rest of your system, this preamplifier will significantly enhance your listening experience, even with worn or scratched records. While surface noise is still present, it is perceived differently, making listening far more enjoyable.
We understand that not all vinyl enthusiasts are looking for a "Hi-End" preamplifier, so we designed the PS2 to deliver the authentic sound of a pure tube preamp while maintaining a competitive price in the entry-level range.
Handcrafted by the same team that produces the PS1 and PS3, the PS2 MM retains the essence of these high-end models, featuring an almost identical circuit design and an optimized power supply. The result: a rich, natural sonic signature with all the magic of tubes.
