The E-Glo F B dispenses with semiconductors in the signal path. Instead, it relies exclusively on vacuum tubes — four ECC83s and four ECC88s — in a dual-mono, fully symmetrical layout. The addition of the ECC88 dual triodes (compared to the original model) enables a 100% balanced topology throughout, ensuring cleaner reproduction, lower noise, and greater dynamic range.
