Designed to accommodate up to four reading arms of effective length between 9 and 12 inches, the Spyder uses a very elegant architecture that stands out for combining minimalism and flexibility in equal parts to the point that it can be placed in a wide range of positions independently of the Number of arms installed. From a beautiful and striking formal minimalism, the body of the Spyder is formed primarily by the main block, which houses the rotation system (shaft / bearing) itself, plus a robust "collar" surrounding it with Perforations arranged symmetrically whose function is to facilitate the coupling to said block of the "legs" corresponding to the different reading arms. The traction system used is by belt with a synchronous motor of 12 poles and 4 phases that in turn is governed by a power supply external to transistors that the user can optionally substitute by one of the exclusive designs to valves signed by the own Brinkmann. For its part, the bearing scheme used is an advanced maintenance-free hydrostatic design while both the plate itself and the chassis use one of the legendary anodized aluminum alloys with optimized resonance of the German firm.
