The design of the Ovation is timeless and minimalist - maximum music enjoyment needs no frills.
Inside a precision machined chassis that is comprised of a panzerholz bulletproof wood and aluminum sandwich, 100,000 tiny metal balls eliminate any chance of damaging resonances. Hidden under a 40mm thick platter with POM resonance damping system is a separate and very quiet DC motor with high torque.
With Clearaudio's Optical Speed Control (OSC) and Ceramic Magnetic Bearing (CMB), the Ovation turntable achieves maximum speed stability and redefines the standards in its class. This enables audiophile hearing in a whole new dimension.
The audio journal "The Absolute Sound" recognized the superior qualities of the Ovation and declared it "Record Player of the Year" due to its outstanding qualities.
