Under the supervision of our Technical Director, our engineers have developed specialised electronic circuits to enhance the performance of New Classic products. In the case of the NVC TT, the best audiophile components have been selected and high-precision measurements have been made to achieve uncompromising results. This model is based on an innovative concept that is partly inspired by the phono stage and power supply combination of Naim's Solstice special edition.
The NVC TT integrates perfectly into complete systems and is easily connected to the NSC 222 and NAC 332 preamplifiers of the New Classic range. To ensure optimum record playback, it has its own power supply, the NPX TT.
The design of the NVC TT is timeless, maintaining the contemporary and durable aesthetic that Naim products are known for. Inspired by previous creations such as the SuperLine and Statement amplifier, its high-precision construction features a clean design, quality materials and an adjustable gloss logo.
Since Naim's inception, the use of aluminium has been fundamental due to its many advantages, such as its resistance to magnetic fields, thermal instability and unwanted vibrations. The New Classic range continues this approach, using high quality aluminium in its cases, second only to the flagship product 'Statement'. This aluminium has been carefully selected to combine optimum thermal and microphonic properties, with details such as 5mm thick panels and heat sinks on the sides. In addition, the brushed, micro-sandblasted and anodised finish ensures long-lasting beauty.
The NVC TT is a switchable MM/MC phono preamplifier with MC load adjustment. It offers a maximum output signal of 8 Vrms and a gain of 42 dB for MM and 61dB/67dB (low/high gain) for MC, with an RIAA accuracy of +/-0.1 dB. It also features a wide range of load adjustment options for MC, including selectable resistors and capacitors. With a weight of 3.4 kg and dimensions of 7x21.4x31.7cm, this preamplifier is designed to integrate seamlessly into any hi-fi audio system.
