A direct descendant of the renowned C-Sharp, the C-Major is a stylish analog source that condenses the concepts and technology of its attractive older brother in a very similar format, only with slight modifications to make it more affordable. It uses an ultra-thin profile enclosure - something completely unusual in high end turntables - which combines advanced materials such as carbon fiber and thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) in the platform that supports the plate and very high density MDF in the chassis. Another key element of the C-Major is its extremely quiet engine mounted in the bottom of its base along with a total of 10 thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) absorbent elements, which immunize the system against all types of interference Mechanoacoustic origin. The use of TPE is of prime importance in the technical design of the new EAT, since it allows an exceptionally rigid base for the arm / capsule and plate / spindle assemblies (shaft + bearing), which, on the other hand, require A virtually zero tolerance in a product of this level in order to ensure a stable and accurate reading in equal parts. As far as the actual plate is concerned, it is made of a special alloy of particularly inert aluminum, while being damped by TPE elements, whereas the traction thereof is entrusted to a special anti-static rubber strap. For its part, the reading arm is a state-of-the-art model of the EAT itself with carbon fiber tube and aluminum carrier capsules, which combines the advantages of unipivot designs (in this case in the central area) with those of type (Which ensures high stability and low friction).
