This incredible all-in-one is made possible by our patented Max Current Power Supply technology, which eliminated the need for heavy transformers and oversized power caps, delivering instant, clean power directly to the output transistors.

The digital advance.

The TK-3i is a dual mono DAC with one SABRE32 / ESS9038Q2M DAC chip per channel. These industry leading DAC chips are independently powered to maximize dynamics and micro details while eliminating crossover channel interference.

Its USB XMOS chip, again the most advanced money can buy, is customized by Thesycon in Germany for even lower latency and perfect audio reproduction. The result is incredible processing power, accurately transmitting DSD512 and 38bit / 786khz audio files.

Smooth Bluetooth.

The TK-3i features a Qualcomm / CSR8675 receiver. Bluetooth 5.0, streaming at 24 bit / 96 kHz with aptX HD audio codec, taking sound quality and ease of use to the highest level.

The TK-3i has two levels of speaker output. One for power-hungry full-range speakers. One for near-field monitoring, which requires an even lower noise floor and much finer volume control.

The Challenge: No matter how perfect an AC power supply is, it adds distortion inside any AC cable. Even the most sophisticated filters and power supplies cannot eliminate this transient intermodulation distortion (TIM) as the induced RF noise modulates the low-level audio / video signal.

The Solution: NRG-Y2 cables use long-grain copper (LGC) strands placed directionally in a semi-solid concentric conductor arrangement in which the strands are packed more tightly and never change position within the section. This construction significantly reduces strand interaction distortion. The higher purity and less complicated grain structure within LGC copper further reduces distortion.

Additionally, the NRG-Y2's directionally placed silver-plated shield conductors efficiently drain radio frequency noise from the line and neutral shields to ground via the third "ground" pin. The net result is powerful, dynamic, and immersive!

Long-grain copper (LGC) minimizes distortion caused by grain boundaries that exist within any metallic conductor.

ZERO TECHNOLOGY: NO CHARACTERISTIC IMPEDANCE

While many AC power cables feature low current resistance to accommodate high current demand, the characteristic impedance of a cable is also crucial for optimal performance. Unlike most AC cables that constrict or compress an audio-induced transient, AudioQuest AC cables combine low DC resistance and zero (zero) characteristic impedance to deliver uncompressed transients on demand. .

SILVER PLATED DRAIN CONDUCTORS

Direction controlled silver shield conductors effectively drain radio frequency noise from line and neutral shields to ground via the third "ground" pin. The net result is powerful, dynamic, and immersive.
