Designed specifically for the centre channel reproduction of home theatre systems, the C100 is an opulent and distinguished 2.5-way/3-speaker bass-reflex loudspeaker cabinet that benefits from renewed aesthetics and superior technical parameters compared to its predecessor, thanks to the combined use of state-of-the-art design, manufacturing and measurement systems. On the electro-acoustic front, the Gen2 Obsidian Folded Motion XT Tweeter, a sophisticated tweeter equipped with the latest in thin-film technology and a number of critical internal enhancements, including the Folded Motion Waveguide, enables it to deliver a cleanliness, detail, dispersion control and accuracy surpassed only by MartinLogan's legendary electrostatic panels. As for the two mid/bass speakers, they are fitted with a Nomex-reinforced Kevlar cone that ensures a delicate, perfectly intelligible vocals on one side and depth, punch and bass control on the other. The C100 is completed by a rear-emission bass-reflex port and an advanced crossover filter executed with audiophile-grade components.
